In addition to relying upon his 15+ years of experience at successfully obtaining allowances from the USPTO for his clients, Raul also uses data analytics to determine which strategies are most likely to result in an allowance for his clients, depending on which USPTO Examiner has been assigned to review his client's case. Stated differently, Raul uses historic, Examiner-specific data to determine which strategies have the highest probability of moving his client's application towards allowance. In addition, Raul also advocates the use of a free patent prosecution technique that is statistically proven to yield higher allowance rates in shorter periods of time, which saves the client time and money, yet fewer than 1% of applicants take advantage of this path to allowance.
